P-GSP What? Print

-Artist Prints (AP)- These prints will be signed and numbered and only 5 available for sale. We may print these with or without the1” border.
APs are used to make certain colors between the different computers match and to check for any mistakes. We maintain a database of the owners with prints sold sequential order and recorded per sell by the owner of Maxwell’s Art Works.

-Signed and Numbered Prints (SN)-We offer only one hundred (100) prints. These prints will be signed and numbered and sold in sequential order We record each sell of each owner, and the database will be maintained by the owner at Maxwell’s Art Works.

-Unlimited Prints (U)- We offer an unlimited number of prints to sell. These prints are not signed or numbered and will provide continued availability.

All Prints Have:

-the Artist’s Signature and copyrighted watermark on the front side of the print and is added prior to printing.
-the Artist’s Authentication copyrighted Stamp which is located on the reverse side of the print and will be added after printing. Any artwork without the stamp, is not authentic nor from us.
-We shrink our artwork down to 72 KB (91dpi) for the website use, but the final product uses TIFF format of about 23 MB upwards (300 dpi) for our prints providing a clear, crisp image.

-Pigment INKS are known to be scratch resistant, stand up to UV rays better/longer, brighter colors, and last for a long time (known as archival prints). The inks used are archival aqueous pigment with a lasting ability up to 75 years. These are the most expensive types of inks.
 -The PAPER used, for these prints is the highest quality archival 300gsm Fine Art textured watercolor paper. Watercolor paper will always have variations because it is textured and will never be perfect; but this is part of the look. You will have high areas and rough areas. This is also part of the look. It will never have a smooth finish.

When placing your order, the purchase is the Image Size only.  We provide, free of charge, an extra 1” white border surrounding your print to assist you mounting your print on a mat board.   The Image Size fits a Standard Frame Size.
For examples for the following image sizes:
-W5”xH7” Image size fits: W5”xH7” Frame or if you would like a mat, use W8’xH10” frame.
-W8”xH10" Image size fits: W8”xH10 Frame or if you would like a mat, use  W11xH14" frame or W16xH20" frame.
-W8”xH11” Image size fits: W8”xH11”
-W9xH12" Image size fits: W9”xH12" Frame or  if you would like a mat, use W11xH14" frame or W16xH20" frame
-W11xH14" Image Size fits: 11x14" Frame or  if you would like a mat, use 16x20" Frame

NOTES:
-There are no standard mats sizes.  If a mat does not fit, a custom mat or a mat without a hole may be use.
- Horizontal frames are Vertical Frames turned sideways. 

Currently, most prints offer various standard sizes.  If a custom size is desired, contact Maxwell’s Art Works for printing availability and a cost estimate.

What We Offer:

-We do not keep stock on hand.  Once your order is placed and prepaid (verified payment), we place your order with our Printer Company and the process to fulfill your order begins.
-We do not sell our prints to addresses outside of the USA borders.

Print Care:

We provide extra print care with your prints.  We use cellophane (or other protective coverings/sleeves) to insert your art into for extra protection. We use tubes to ship your prints.  Tubes prevent bends or folds during the shipping process.

Order Time:
-Our Printer takes 3-4 weeks to process our prints.
-Once our prints are made, Maxwell’s Art Works takes an additional 1-2 weeks to package the art.-USPS that 3-6 days for deliveries.
​​​​​​​-Once the order has been received and the payment verified, adding the above it may take up to seven (7) weeks to process your order.
 

-Refunds: Artist sales are final.

-Damages from Shipping:   You will need your invoice with your tracking number, item purchased and shipping costs. Just follow the “USPS File a Claim Procedure” to obtain your refund.  Click https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to get you started.

-We use USPS for our prime shipping service
-USPS offers FREE INSURANCE up to $100 in sale. Art sold between $100.00-$300.00, the insurance is optional and costs around $5.00 extra.
-We do not include a flat shipping price built-into our print costs.  So, you will be paying your shipping costs.

The reasons are:
1. Most Vendors include a flat fee (typically based on the farthest zip code away from the vendor) and add additional insurance fees (if required). If your zip code is closer to ours, the flat fee is way too much for you to pay. You will save yourself some money paying your own shipping costs.
2. Please note that Shipping fees are a service fee and should not be taxed.
3. If our purchase price includes your shipping fee, our price increases causing you to pay more taxes.
4. If for any reason your product is damaged in shipping, you will be able to resolve the issue without having us interfere with your exchange. You will work directly with USPS with shipping damages.

Taxes:
As a reminder, you will be paying your own taxes based on your state and city requirements.
